Repair & Service Contracts

Roland Allen have been operating within the catering equipment industry for over 60 years and have extensive knowledge and expertise when it comes to maintaining equipment. We offer full out of warranty service contracts and also an onsite equipment repair service at our premises in Luton. Maintenance contracts are offered on new and existing equipment as per the customers requirements.

All of our engineers are fully qualified/registered and have been working within the industry for many years. We highly recommend to have all equipment serviced and maintained on a regular basis to ensure safety and to help prevent accidents and breakdowns. This also ensures the equipment runs efficiently and as sustainably as possible.

Roland Allen undertake work on commercial gas and electric appliances, refrigeration, microwaves and dishwashers. Works can be undertaken on site or at our workshop in Luton as per the customers request. Call out charges are given on request as are repairs / services carried out at our on site workshop based in Luton and all exclude parts. All costs are subject to VAT at the current rate.
